Mounting is done for a variety of backing materials depending on the press requirement. Plate mounting with pin point accuracy is assured using our advanced Heaford plate mounting flatbed tables.
Equipped with enhanced digital vision systems that optically read register marks the system can place precise positioning marks on the backer material . Using advanced CTI developed software the mounter is fed job layout instructions based on prepress information that accounts for plate characteristics, press requirements and other critical job aspects.
